About our client

Our client is one of the fast-growing fintechs based out of Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Responsible for setting up processes and internal controls to improve financial control and accounting quality, especially related to financial operations and revenue activities

- Support team on regular accounting activities

- Perform monthly & annual book closure

- Manage statutory & tax audits, financial due diligence

- Responsible for calculation and timely filing of statutory payments and returns like TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESI

- Ensure company's compliance with provisions of RBI, FEMA, accounting standards

- Manage company's liquidity & treasury activities

- Manage a team of 3-5 people

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain

- Possess a strong understanding of NBFC accounting concepts & financial
