Job Description - Reporting to the Asia Pacific Finance Director, you will manage a team with your main responsibilities including:
- Overall responsibility for proper maintenance of all books of accounts for the company as per local and global accounting standards
- Timely and accurate reporting to Global Head Office Monthly Accounts closing and Balance sheet along with Budget and Forecast Submissions
- Responsible for all statutory compliances related to local country level statues.
- Managing local Tax compliances across the region
- Managing TP position with Tax optimization as key objective and handling TP related litigations.
- Managing Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors and compliances to audit schedule.
- Providing key financial insights in various business decision making processes
- Execute/ legally vet all necessary statutory and business related contracts and agreements required for the country operations.
- Actively engage with Team members so that they contribute to work per deadlines and per requirement.
The Successful Candidate - You should have at least 5 years of post qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant You should have demonstrated skills in creating and up scaling processes within an environment with global exposure and partnering. Hands on nature and strong problem resolution skills will be desirable. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.
