Manager Finance Controller
Location: Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Functions Controlling:
- Oversee financial management and budgeting for support functions including Administration, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Ensure cost-effective management of resources across support functions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize departmental performance.
CSR Budgeting & Controlling:
- Manage the budgeting process for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Monitor CSR expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting on CSR activities to senior management.
Service Margin Management:
- Ensure service margins on intercompany invoicing are maintained within defined Transfer Pricing (TP) margins.
- Collaborate with the global finance team to ensure compliance with TP regulations.
- Analyze intercompany transactions and provide recommendations to optimize profitability while adhering to TP policies.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process for support functions, ensuring accurate financial plans.
- Monitor budget adherence, providing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls across all support functions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and corporate governance.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads in Admin, HR, Legal, IT, and other support functions to align financial objectives with operational goals.
- Provide financial guidance and support for departmental initiatives and projects.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other finance teams to share best practices and drive efficiencies.
Strategic Planning & Decision Support:
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the implementation of corporate strategies and policies at the functional level.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks related to support functions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure proper risk assessment and management practices are in place for all financial operations.
Key Requirements:
- Education: CA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in finance management, with a strong focus on support functions controlling.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Transfer Pricing regulations and CSR financial management.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (Tally, TM1, Anaplan) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a finance team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: High level of analytical thinking, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in a corporate or service-oriented environment is preferred.
