Manager - Finance Controller

We are seeking to Identify Manager Finance Controller for a leading MNC Service company.

Position - Manager Finance Controller

Location - Mumbai

Candidate’s Profile - Looking for CA+CPA post qualification min 10 yrs exp in Corporate Finance (Mandatory -Exp articleship or post qualification with BIG 4).

Role -

- Manages a local Finance team with responsibility for multiple legal entities in one or more complex & critical countries.

- Includes managing defined aspects of financial accounting & record keeping (payroll, treasury, T&E, VAT etc). Ensures on time & correct processing of transactions and preparation & filing of all statutory and fiscal returns, whilst ensuring compliance with local GAAP and fiscal regulations.

- Develops, recommends & implements effective structures, processes & practices that incorporate country specific regulatory/fiscal requirements, and provide assurance relating to corporate governance & controls.
