Manager - Finance - Construction Business

Having an opportunity for Finance Manager with one of the leading construction of India, for one of his client in Tashkent, Uzbekistan .

Job description

- Account finalization with hands on knowledge of GST, Income tax and Compliance

- Handling of Administration and HR Activities - having knowledge of labor laws

- Liaising with government departments such as MIDC, MSEB, MPCB, Labour, Customs, GST

- Knowledge of Export/Import procedures

- Familiar with banking procedures

- Ability to draft agreements and MoUs.

- Good Communication skills

Required Candidate profile

- Graduate/post graduate in commerce with

Exp - 15-20 years

- Accounts should have handled balance sheet above 100 crores.

- taxes (GST, IT, etc)

- compliances

- HR

- labour

- export-import procedures

- understanding of stock market/investment procedures

- good communication skills
