About our Client : Our client is a leading Private Equity firm with over USD 2 billion under management. They are looking for a dynamic professional to work closely with the deal teams to manage the compliance and financial and legal due diligence functions in India based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description: Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the compliance function.

- Working with deal teams to negotiate legal terms.

- Coordinating the financial and legal due diligence on targets.

- Help on tax structuring for transactions.

- Assisting the finance function.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA + CS with 8 to 10 years of post qualification experience in TAS / M&A / Corporate Finance / Tax and Regulatory Services within a Big 4 / Financial Services setup.

- You should be strong in reading and negotiating legal documents and have a strong knowledge of the tax and compliance matters, and finance systems and processes.

- Along with a strong technical and academic background you are fluent in spoken and written communication and have a track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
