Manager - Finance & Compliance

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, and compliance initiatives across all our office locations, with a focus on:

- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's international expansion goals.

- Understanding global norms for incorporation, operations, administration, payroll, taxation, compliance, organization structure

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Supporting global expansion in all compliance related matters

- Supporting new product launches with legal & financial viewpoints

- Supporting in due diligence processes with necessary legal viewpoints

- This role requires a deep understanding of finance and regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to identify hidden risks, non-conformities, and compliance issues.

- Post graduate degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) with 8+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of international finance, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills for risk identification.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
