- Its graduates may be found throughout the world in all areas of engineering, science and commerce. Our client is looking to hire Manager (Finance & Commercial).

Job Responsibilities :

Candidate shall be responsible for maintenance of books of accounts, deliver MIS reports, implement effective finance control, monitoring of day to day finance, accounts and commercial activities, Procurement of materials, commercial negotiation and award of work orders, direct & indirect tax management, insurance activities, co-ordination with auditors for timely completion of audit, compliance of statutory and other tax laws.

Major activities shall be as under :

- Accounting, Capitalization, Audit etc.

- Bills Passing

- Processing Payments

- Banking Operations

- Compliance relating to TDS, GST, Income tax etc.

- Handling petty cash expenses

- Budget Control and MIS review

- Tendering, Receiving Bid and Commercial Negotiations

- Issue of Work order / Purchases orders

- Direct / Local Procurement for project

- Participation in Joint Measurement ( JMR)

- Compliances related Section 8 Company

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 8-10 Years post qualification experience
