Manager - Finance/Commercial - Logistic Firm

GST Implementation in ERP and checking of accuracy as per law.

- Ensuring MIS reporting at month end

- Reviewing Profit & Loss Account 

- Track on monthly Revenue, Sales invoice raising on time with no revenue leakage.

- Age-wise Debtor & Creditor reporting, controlling and track on monthly basis. 

- Liaison with statutory, internal, tax and internal control system auditors.

- Monitoring of monthly/quarterly/yearly provision to ensure booking all related expenses of current financial year.

- Conduct post project completion evaluation

- Statutory Compliances and Audit, Tax & Legal compliance, Management Policies, internal control and foreign remittance.

- Preparing zonewise monthly Profitability Statement

- Forecasting statement, Cash flow statement & Fund flow statement for the purpose of submission to top management for decision making.

- Implementing accounting policies, monitoring the accounting practices and compliance of Accounting standards.

- Fund Management, Monitoring cash flow to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses. Liaising with banks. Managing funds & disbursement of funds, thereby monitoring payments schedules of Vendors.
