(b) Providing Budget, Monthly MIS, Capex proposal, profitability and cost analysis for various business decision on day to day services related decisions.

Report For profitability

(a) Working for finalization of accounts and Controlling all GL, Scrutiny, Vendor and Customer reconciliation. Inventory Control and Asset Management, Taxation.

(b) Controlling : All receivable at plant Operations and providing No dues.

Budget and Budgetary control

(a) Chalk out budgets for Labor, energy, materials, maintenance.

- Cost efficiency Programs

(a) Should lead Cost efficiency and continual improvement programs.
