About our Client: Our client is a leading European MNC that has been in the business for 35 years. The company is a European developer of specialty products for the building sector in addition to other verticals. They have had a presence in India since 2010 and is looking for the right candidate that can help expand their business activities.

Job Description: Reporting directly to the General Manager with a dotted line into the Global Finance Structure and will be responsible for:

- Setting up finance department

- Financial statement and report preparation on a periodic and perpetual basis

- Reporting to the HQ in Europe.

- Supervision and control of core accounting activities: general ledger, payables, payroll, property, treasury, risk and insurance management, taxes (VAT, corporate, employee income taxes, etc.)

- Preparation and analysis of annual/semi-annual/quarterly budgets.

- Credit controlling and insurance.

- Optimization of working capital.

- Controlling and implementing internal control procedures.

- Treasury management

- Maintaining and creating new banking relationships

- Conducting financial analysis for senior management.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a Chartered Accountant with at least 6 years of post qualification experience.

- You should be a strong communicator in addition to being well presented. It is preferred if you have MNC and/or international experience.
