Roles and Responsibilities :
Managing Accounting Operations
- Leading and reviewing a team which prepares Operations & Sales cost analysis, accruals, variance analysis and commentaries thereon.
- Month-end closing & reporting including Tax reconciliation & reporting.
- Overseeing Intercompany invoicing & reconciliations.
- Identify scope for improvement in budgeting & forecasting activities in line with current trend of activities.
- Overseeing preparation of monthly reconciliations & reviewing the open items for closure on a timely manner.
- Implement any new reporting requirements structure on a time bound manner.
- Handling customer billing, defining rate & allocating resources to processes based on requirement.
- Implement controls & best practices in AR & AP.
- Analyse the monthly MIS Reports.
- Support in the preparation of Annual Budget, Treasury & Cash Management and Ratio Analysis.
- Inter Company Reconciliation, Sales Accounting and Receivables Management and Transfer Pricing.
- Finalization of Balance Sheet and P & L.
- Monitored the Advising Management on Tax Issues, Costing Analysis as per Profit Centre (Business Line).
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA with minimum 6+ years (post qualification) experience of strong & relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in BPO is preferred
- Handling large teams.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
