About our Client: Our client is one of the large business within the media & entertainment with a strong presence across the globe. With their recent collaborative ventures in India they have aggressive growth plans and are now hiring an Manager Finance based out of the headquarters in Mumbai.

Job Description : As the manager finance you will report into the Head Finance and be responsible to Identify business risks, their impact and appropriate mitigation measures

- Review internal business & finance processes

- Review agreements and documents to ensure water tight operations

- SOX compliance

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified chartered accountant and have atleast 5 years of post qualification experience.

- You have worked for 5+ years in the digital, media, gaming industry and hence have a complete understanding of the business and financial risks.

- You have excellent communication skills and are open to an individual contributor role.
