About our Client : Our client is a European MNC giant engaged in the manufacture of Industrial tools. Established around 150 years, back they are dedicated to sustainability. They are now looking for a dynamic finance manager to help them lead the finance team in India and to take their growth story ahead.

Job Description: As Manager Finance, you will report into the Finance Head of the shared service centre and be responsible:

- To lead the Purchase to Pay (PtP) and Order to Cash (OtC) Service Teams

- To put operational excellence in place; and improve the current services levels through introducing operational efficiencies

- To lead/manage Projects and implement standard tools and processes in Finance

- To work towards process alignment and improvement by monitoring service delivery KPIs

- To drive and implement services changes and improvements and develop the services teams in line with customer requirements

- To arrange formal customer meetings with Business Controllers and handle customer requests

- To ensure excellent coordination and communication with other financial service teams

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified chartered accountant with 10+ years of work experience of which atleast 4-5 years are in a shared service setup. International exposure will be preferred.

- You have excellent communication skills and have worked with international teams in your company.

- You have lead large teams of 20+ people and come across as dynamic and a self starter.
