Manager - Finance - CA - IT

What will you be doing-

- Developing, implementing and maintaining adequate systems of Financial and Management Accounting and internal financial reporting.

- Conceptualizing and implementing an MIS system capturing the health and progress of the organization both at a macro and micro level.

- Conducting analysis and formulating business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation and realize organizational goals.

- Formulating finance and operational budgets and continuously tracking performance against the same by real time MIS systems and taking corrective action on observed deviations.

- Instituting & implementing accounting controls and internal controls compatible with/leading to compliance with accounting standards.

- Formulating of final accounts and getting internal as well as statutory audits done for the organisation.

- Preparing tax plans and ensuring adherence to compliance calendar pertaining to all direct and indirect taxes and other corporate tax laws.

What we are looking for-

- Two to four years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred.

- CA is a must.

- Have a flare for numbers, work well with people,

- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and Self-motivated
