We have an Urgent Opening for Finance Manager with well known Infrastructure Company located at Hyderabad.

Qualification :- CA

The detailed Job Description is mentioned below

1. The position is responsible for preparation of the financial on time.

2.closing of the books of accounts, Capitalization of fixed assets, discloser of related party transaction, dealing with bankers for performing of the transaction and ensure the same is processed by bankers.

3.Prompt investment and withdrawal from time to time from the Mutual funds.

4. co-ordination for the opening of LC, BG with banks.

5. The arrangement of Foreign currency for company officials and employees going abroad on foreign tours for official purpose.

6.Preparation of daily and weekly fund statements.

7.Preparation of balance confirmation letter quarterly to all bankers for audit purpose.

8. Accounting of FD and share application money to its subsidiaries and JV companies.

9. Performing Bank Reconciliation Statement, preparation & submission of receivable statement for Working Capital loan Compliance, schedules required for audit purpose

10. Preparation of variance analysis (Actual to Actual) for a board, for Investor.

11.Dealing with Auditors for Annual audit and passing the offline entries in SAP on a quarterly basis.
