Manager Finance (Male Candidate Preferred)

Synopsis of Role :

- Responsibility of day to day accounting and it's supervision of various entities within the group.

- Preparation of MIS reports, periodically, as required by Management.

- Responsible to handle financial audit including internal and statutory compliance with the various tax and corporate laws on monthly basis.

- Responsibility to co ordinate with various professional consultants/experts on various corporate matters.

- Implementation and maintenance of policies & procedures for internal financial controls.

- Assist the Director finance in preparation of cash flows, budgets, forecasts of group cos.

- Liaison with financial & government agencies.

Essential Functions :

- Ability to learn and work on various accounting software.

- Advanced level understanding of spreadsheets and power point.

- Experience of working in IT/ITES companies and related compliances.

- Experience in production of financial statements and supports in preparing budgets/forecasts.

- Updated knowledge of developments in accounting and taxation.

- Strong communication & analytical skills and good team player.

Preferred Education and Experience :

- CA - 3 years experience

- 3+ years experience in Tally accounting, salary payable, vendor payable,, Indian Statutory
