Manager - Finance - CA - Chemical Firm

A reputed Large Indian company is looking for Finance Manager- Goa location. Pls see the high level JD for your reference.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

- Handling of day to day transactions and review of vouchers and bills Review within timelines

- Verification and parking of invoice, payments to vendors including foreign payments. Payments within time limit

- Workout the TDS, GST/Statutory compliance Liability on monthly basis & filing of quarterly / half yearly returns thereof for Subs. Cos. Payment and filing within due dates

- Proper accounting of all the capital / project bills & Internal orders and settlement of the same in the system at the month end within time limit Accounting within timelines with proper supporting documents

- Handling Treasury related transactions, timely Investments & Redemption of Mutual funds, FD accounting thereof. Timely repayment of loan & int, etc. Timely repayment of interest and principal amounts and investment of surplus funds.

- Preparation of monthly BRS and follow up with banks/lenders for all bank related work i.e RTGS, Bank st. etc Within the prescribed timelines

- Provision of details required and support in Audits from the various government departments. As per the requirement

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors and provide required details for audit by Statutory / Internal Auditors and ensure compliances. Within the prescribed timelines

- Preparation of provision towards expenses/Income on monthly /QTR/Annual basis and passing entries & Reversals there off for accounts closure Within the prescribed timelines

- Provision of details required for conversion/preparation of financials as per Ind AS for above said companies Within the prescribed timelines

- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.

Finance

Checks for all purchase/service/work order value s in line with AOP approximately 1500 POs per annum and release of Service Entries in SAP approximately 4000 per annum. Accounting of monthly provisions after due verification of around 500 line items.

Others:

- Handling of accounting, taxation and banking matters etc

Work location- Goa

Must be local candidates knowing local language/environment.

PLS NOTE CANDIDATE MUST BE CA WITH 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECTS, BANKING & SAP,ERP ENVOIRNMENT
