Manager - Finance - CA/CFA/CMA

Role : Finance Manager

Experience : 5-8 Years Post qualification (CA/ CFA/ CMA)

Location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide Leadership to the Finance and Accounts Team for the following: Day-to-day financial requirements such as Billing & Invoicing, Cash Flow Management, Accounting, Financial administration, Capital Expenditure, Accounting & Budgeting, Inventory Management, Insurance, Compliance & Audit requirements and Taxation Matters, Fund Raising.

- Define short/medium- and long-term Finance strategies to support Organization's overall strategy and objective

- Design, develop and implement mechanism for raising debt - ECBs, NCDs and other optimal sources of capital

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Company, as well as automation of the Finance function that aids in periodic investor reports and fundraising

- Support commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, approval for offers, contract management and credit limits for clients

- Financial and business forecasting, preparation of financial statements, planning and reporting; internal Financial and Business Reporting; Supervising and coordinating Accounts Reconciliation including contingency liabilities

- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and Statutory and Government compliance - GST, TDS, ROC etc.; Manage the overall tax operations for timely delivery of all tax compliances - direct and indirect and as also minimize audit deficiencies

- Provide Finance strategy to senior management and also interact with the Board of Investors

- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the organization; Work closely with business and functional leaders to develop financial forecasts, reports and operational goals

- Represent the Company externally, as necessary, particularly in banking and lease negotiations and also manage vendor relationships Candidate Requirements:

- 5-8 years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills;

- Experience with a Public Company would be an added advantage

- Experienced in Financial Closing, Planning, Controls & Compliance, Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation requirements and Payroll

- Strong Finance-Business Connector for designing and embedding the Finance strategy for value creation and growth

- Strong proficiency with Financial Systems
