Finance Manager - MNC Bank

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant for a MNC Bank with the following Job Responsibilities :

- Head Office Reporting

- Monthly reporting of Statement of financial statement as per International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS ) & Business Unit (BU- s) wise to Head office with reconciliation of Inter Company/Divisional accounts

- Monthly review of financials with local management and Head Office (HO) accountants (Central Finance as well as respective BU- s)

- Monthly submission of Regulatory returns as required

- Compliance to Basel 3 (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity/stress funding, etc.) for Head Office reporting

- Preparation of monthly Risk adjusted Performance (RAPM) report & CFO report for Management review

- Annual Budgeting and monthly analysis as per management requirement

- Ensuring correctness of business profitability reports prepared by Finance and attending all queries from Head Office & local management

- Filling FII Tax Return

Preference for candidates who are doing a similar job in other Pvt or MNC Banks. There would also be some local regulatory reporting responsibilities
