Manager - Finance - CA

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Direct & Indirect Tax and Compliances

- Only from banking and financial services industry

- Hands on experience in Ind AS (Mandatory) and IFRS Accounting Standards (Preferred)

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION:

Core Functional:

- Experience in BFSI Industry and knowledge of key financial products

- Expertise in Ind AS (Mandatory) and IFRS Accounting Standards (Preferred)

- Strong Statutory reporting, regulatory reporting background including leading audit coordination

- Strong Income Tax and GST compliance experience including litigations

Client Management (internal & external):

- Regional and Group Finance and Tax

- Auditors & Regulators

- Banks

- Secretarial and Compliance

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management:

- Monthly book closure and internal reporting

- Regulatory reporting to Exchanges/RBI

- GST & Income Tax reporting

- Quarterly and full year audits

- Tax & TP audit, GST audit, ICFR audit etc.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

Professional and Technical:

- Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of post qualification experience
