Manager - Finance - CA

We have an urgent job opening with one of our client for the position of Manager - Finance to be based out in Bangalore.

Reports to Director Finance

Job Description:

- Manage and oversee the general ledger month end close process including preparation, posting and documentation of journal entries.

- Responsible to Lead the month-end close process including preparation of month-end financial statements, Balance Sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, Bank reconciliations and Inter-company reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly financial reports, sales reports, Vendor reconciliations and account reconciliations.

- Responsible for review and approve all the payments to vendors and employee's reimbursements.

- Lead Account Payable function including cost of goods analysis and standard monthly accruals.

- Establish and enforce proper new accounting policies & procedures and help audit close.

- Review and approve all the employee benefits payments including Salary, Statutory contributions and taxes.

- Working knowledge of SAP is must

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 7- 9 years of post- qualification experience in any reputed organization

- Should have good communication skill

- Should have good accounting knowledge and ready to accept challenges in terms of stiff deadlines.

- Quick grasping skills & update himself with the current finance trends
