Work Experience:

A. Consolidation of Financial Statements

B. Related Party Transaction Disclosure

1. As per AS 18 and the Companies Act 2013.

2. Preparation of reconciliations every quarter.

3. Disclosure as per SEBI LODR format half-yearly and annual.

4. Coordinating with RPT auditor.

5. Taking Omnibus approval for related party transactions to be entered from the audit committee.

C. IRDAI Reporting and Submissions Including Filing

1. Finance and accounts quarterly returns.

2. Annual Bunch -1.
