Position Name: Finance Manager (Only CA)

Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 2 - 3 yrs

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.

- Oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, resolving complex accounting issues as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

- CA with 2 years of accounting experience

Other Details:

- 6 days working with alternate Saturdays off

- Work from the office
