Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with excellent experience in financial management, planning, analysis, and reporting to join our team as a Finance Manager. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, optimizing financial performance, and driving strategic financial decision-making for the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and other regulatory requirements.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful reports on financial performance to senior management.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting to align with company goals.

- Prepare detailed financial models and projections to assess business performance.

- Monitor variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure smooth operational functioning.

- Oversee short-term and long-term financing strategies to meet operational requirements.

- Ensure proper utilization and investment of funds to maximize returns.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other indirect taxes.

- Oversee corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax planning strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance.

Audit & Internal Controls:

- Manage internal and external audit processes.

- Ensure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard assets and ensure proper financial reporting.

- Liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth audit execution and resolve any issues raised during the audit process.

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability.

- Analyze business trends and market conditions to forecast financial outcomes and support business decisions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with internal stakeholders (management, operations, sales, etc.) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

- Coordinate with external parties (banks, auditors, consultants) as necessary for smooth business operations.
