Job Profile:

- Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, MIS, Consolidation and Reporting, review of financial statements, management planning and control

- Overall responsible for Accounts, monthly closure of accounts with adequate provisioning.

- Ensuring compliance with procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Closely working with auditors and ensuring preparation & finalization of the financial statements ensuring time and accuracy norms.

- Work on cost aspects of the department.

- Managing various requirement of Top management with respect to legal disputes and various other matters.
