Manager - Finance - Bonus Calculations - CA

Looking for only local candidates (Delhi/NCR)

Candidate will be required to take ownership of a very critical and sensitive role providing accounting and analytical support on Group Employee Bonus. Given the nature of data, this person will be required to maintain highest levels of confidentiality and apply strong and effective controls. This person will also need to work with very senior stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities:

Calculating monthly Bonus accruals for the employees (through Hyperion Essbase)

Preparing monthly bonus forecast and variance analysis.

Preparation of Bonus dashboards for Global Finance Senior Leadership Team and Global legal entity controllers.

Performing detailed payment reconciliation on yearly basis.

Conducting month-end checks for bonus accrual postings.

Interacting with GRA team, Financial Controllers and Business Finance teams on various queries and analysis.

Get global bonus numbers audited with the top audit firm (covering all legal entities across the globe).

Perform end-to-end process reviews with the objective of identifying improvement opportunities including process automations, enhancing controls etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles.

Strong analytical skills with an eye for details.

Ability to work with highly sensitive/ confidential data in the most professional and mature manner.

Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic. Able to work independently and deliver results. Ability to cope with sustained pressure.

Ability to challenge conventional ideas/ status quo, and a desire to improve.

Ability to grasp new concepts, assimilate information and deliver high quality solutions with speed.

Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders. Well-developed relationship management and influencing skills across all organisational levels.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - excellent written and verbal English.

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages; Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
