Finance Manager

What you will do :

- Review of accounting, closing, entire AR / AP relationship.

- Coordinating with secretarial team, tax consultants, internal audit and statutory audit

- Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly tax compliance

- Treasury Management and Managing banking relationships

- ERP implementation(automation/upgradation), process designing and implementation

- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS

- Business progress monitoring metrics/reports and business finance review

- Risk and fraud detection

- Entity setup and transaction routing/tax planning with the help of consultants

- FFMC / Forex business vertical compliances and reporting

- Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting

- Effective team manager with 3-4 team members reporting to this profile

What you will need :

- 5+ years of industry experience / 7+ years in case of total experience with internship (with 1-2 years Start-up experience in both cases) or Minimum 3+ years of start-up experience

- Good control on tally/excel/budgeting/team handling/secretarial

- Data and processes friendly

- Ready to be part of the next unicorn in making

- Effective team manager with 3-4 team members reporting to this profile

- CA preferred but not mandatory

- Forex/international entities experience would be an added advantage
