Job Description:

Maintain books of accounts for trading and non-trading concerns and Corporate Clients.

Prepare financial statements, profit & loss account and balance sheet of companies

Initiate bank reconciliation every month end and year end and restating the bank account.

Prepare fixed assets schedules and depreciation entries at the year end.

Conduct general ledger review, pass re-classification entries at month end and close books of accounts.

Reconciliation of TDS and Sundry Debtors/Creditors account.

Corporate Taxation, Individuals, Firms, AOP and Trust Taxation under the relevant Act

Filing the return of statutory payments.

Audit of various types of corporates and non-corporates with regard to statutory provisions and Accounting Standards (Statutory, Internal and Tax audits)

Liaise with Excise, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, Income Tax and other statutory bodies and present books of accounts and accounting information as per their requirements.
