Manager - Finance & Accounts


- To oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.

- Perform regular reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and corrected.

- To ensure timely closures of books.

- To prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, and support external audits.

- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions between affiliated or subsidiary companies.

- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations (setting the correct price for transactions between entities within the same corporate group and regular meetings with auditors for this and selecting the best way of accounting)

- Work closely with internal & external auditors

- Treasury & Fund Management.

- Ensuring timely payments to vendors by processing payments runs.

- Reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger and financial statements.

- Performing financial audits for clients, ensuring that financial statements comply with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and other regulatory requirements

- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and other relevant legislation.
