SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Post-graduate in Commerce, preferred with CA (Inter or Final).

- Being accurate with numbers and having good quantitative skills,

- Ability to communicate with clarity,

- Both verbally and in writing;

- Strong interpersonal skills to work in agile business environments,

- Solid working experience in accounting software-Tally with good accounting principles,

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- 7 + years of experience in any sector with accounting and finance responsibility

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the assignment

- At least one year experience in Realty Sector at Managerial level

- Strong and fair leadership skills with good relationship management skills

- Ability to manage multiple Sub-contractors and teams across multiple projects

- Good experience in financial resource optimisation

- Proven experience in costing, planning, and monitoring at Project level

- Expertise in effectively coordinating with the banks and financial institutions

- Implementation of SOPs for best accounting practices within the organisation

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

- Reporting to the CEO, the Manager - Finance, will be responsible for overseeing of all finance, accounting and reporting activities, involved in supporting presentations to stake holders and will work closely with the senior leadership team.


- The position will lead all day-to-day finance operations and supervise a team.


- It will hold functional responsibility over budgeting, costing, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and relationship with banks.


- The position will also be responsible for ensuring that the systems and procedures are in place to ensure accounting best practices and conducting audits.


- The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and their staff to support operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the budgeting and costing of Real Estate business across the projects.

- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for finalising periodical P&L and B/S of projects and overall business.

- Consistently analysing the financial data and presenting financial reports (MIS) in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.

- Responsible for building and maintain relationship with banks for effective fund raising.

- Managing organizational cash flow forecasting by working closely with Project Managers and ensure smooth business operations.

- Connects continuously with company's vision and assist the CEO to execute the same flawlessly

- Keeps up with current trends in the industry and best practices for the realty business

- Overseeing the Taxation Compliances and coordinate with all audit requirements

- Identifying training needs and ensure the suitable trainings are provided to improve staff
