Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Specifications:

1. A qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post qualification experience.

2. Must be working with a publically listed company

Job Description:

1. Preparation of presentations for Senior management for Board meetings, Publication of Quarterly results & Operations business review.

2. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance of the general ledger and for the production of various resultant financial statements.

3. Preparation & Analyzing monthly MIS reports and share senior management for further decisions about improving Organisation bottom-line and productivity.

4. Responsible for preparing the functional and departmental presentations from monthly MIS reports.

5. Accountable for Inter-Co Reconciliation of Subsidiaries and preparing the schedule for controls and audit.

6. Actively involved in preparing and maintaining budgets and doing variance analysis between actuals & budget.

7. Coordinating with account payable & receivable team & JVC controller to adhere the timely closing of books and monthly reports.
