Manager - Finance & Accounts - Stealth Mode eCommerce

We are a Bangalore-based top-tier stealth-mode e-commerce enabling technology & solutions company powering several brands and leading e-commerce companies in India. Our product is a Cloud-based SaaS Inventory, Warehouse Management & Omni-Channel Solution.

- We have deep relationships with leading e-commerce companies in India and have processed over Rs 1500 crore of GMV. We are building out our product and technology platform and other services anticipating HUGE demand over next 6-12 months.

Desired Qualifications :

- Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CA highly desirable

- 5+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce industry.

- Candidates with SME and/or startup experience preferred (e-commerce company preferably).

- Strong in Excel.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

- Fluent English.

- Will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of our company. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization. He will be an official point of contact for all financial matters.

- Setting up of accounting process and accounting system.

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.

- Preparation of financial statements like Balance sheet, ROI, profit and loss, cash flow statements etc.

- Contribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements and budget comparison and cash flow reports.

- Prepare financial year end schedules, including debtors and creditors, and ensure all accounting requirements, up to and including trial balance, are complete.

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (VAT, Service Tax, PT, TDS etc).

- Liaise with and assist external auditor in respect of annual financial statements and related matters.

- Administer and reconcile tax accounts and make the appropriate returns to relevant statutory agencies.
