Manager - Finance & Accounts - Software Firm

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR - MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Company : Leading software Company.

Person Profile :

- A qualified Chartered or Cost Accountant, preferably with a Company Secretary (ACS) or Legal qualification.

- Post qualification experience of 8-10 years.

- Core experience must be in Accounting, Taxation and Statutory Compliance

- Good interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills. Lead, Manage and Supervise a

- Team of people .

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills. Must be able to

- Represent the organisation effectively internally and externally.

- Assume full and independent responsibility for the financial, commercial and legal affairs of the company

- Multinational exposure preferred. Software industry exposure preferred

Job Profile :

- Assume full responsibility for the Accounting function including internal, statutory,tax audits and finalization of accounts.

- Provide Management reports to the organization in India as well as the parent organization in Netherlands.

- Assume full responsibility for all aspects of direct and indirect taxation. Liase and represent with tax advisers, auditors and various tax authorities on matters pertaining to direct, indirect taxes .

- Assume full responsibility for all statutory compliances (Secretarial, ROC, PF, STPI, RBI CUSTOMS, SERVICE TAX, etc.)

- Liase along with Corporate Legal counsels and finalise contracts with customers and partners

- Liase with Vanenburg representatives in India and Netherlands and keep them.
