Head of Maintenance (Cold roll Foaming Machines)

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate will have 5+ Years of post qualification experience in Industry, having worked in the areas of FP&A, Taxation, and Accounting.

Role & responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.

Costing and Cost Management:

- Implement robust costing systems to analyze product costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance overall cost efficiency.

- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to optimize costs throughout the value chain.

Tax Compliance:

- Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, minimize tax liabilities, and implement strategies for tax efficiency.

Treasury Management:

- Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

- Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization and maximize returns on investments.

Financial Controls and Risk Management:

- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management practices.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure the achievement of departmental goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing.

- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
