Education : CA with post 3 years experience from Retail / Fashion Industry/ Textile / FMCG industry

Job Description

- Collate, consolidate and present daily, monthly and annual financial reports.

- Prepare annual budgets & forecasts and present variance analysis reports for Management review.

- Responsible for finalization of accounts on monthly, quarterly, annual basis in consultation with VP - Accounts & Finance.

- Monitoring of receivables and payables.

- Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT etc.

- Coordinating with Statutory and Internal auditors and ensuring the smooth completion of Audits.

- Implementation of systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

- Setting standardized Point of Sale processes and monitoring implementation across stores.

- Ensuring timely payments and cordial relations with Vendors.

- Negotiating terms & Conditions for Vendor and other commercial agreements.

- Monitoring and facilitating smooth Payroll processing.

- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports and other special reports for Management review.

- Review store accounts, cost and revenues on concurrent basis.

- Review commercial aspects of store operations & recommend cost saving opportunities and improvements.

Job Specification

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of at least 4-6 years.

- Proficient with Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit, Statutory Compliances and Company Law etc.

- Advanced level of communications skills

- Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Team Building and Team Management

- Exposure to advanced accounting systems and tools like spreadsheets, word, ppt etc.
