Rera Experience is mandatory.

Manager Accounts & Finance / Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance-

1. Preparation and analysis of Monthly Fund flow and Cash flow statements.

2. To interact with statutory & internal auditors for requirements related to accounting and controls, SOPs and related accounting matters.

3. Handling of Indirect taxation of all group companies and Monitoring and controlling over GST Implementation phase.

4. Analysis of all transactions and identify impact of GST on the same.

5. Reviewing of monthly compliances with respect to GST liability and eligibility of Input Tax Credit and ensuring that all the entries accounted in the books on a timely basis.

6. Attending various routine queries raised by the department and submitting the required details and submissions Preparing Financial Statements of Firm i.e. Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet and Project Costing Statement.

7. Ensuring Properly TDS deduction, timely payment and TDS Returns compliance and all online correction on traces.

8. Liasoning with Bank Officials to sort out the APF (Approved Project Finance) process.

9. Handling all RERA Related Compliance's.

10. Review of updation process of vendor and customer master database.

11. Monthly accounts closing related activities related to controls, such as monthly reconciliations, Vendor reconciliation, review and update on internal control procedures.

12. Project Finance.

13. Purchase analysis for optimizing costs.

14. Experience of working on Tally.

15. Handling End to End all Accounting and Finance related activities.
