- Managing the timely preparation and reporting of statutory accounts, financial statements and annual reports of companies in the group in conformance with all regulatory accounting standards  - Assist in Audit & Finalization of group Companies including tax audit.  - Consolidation of Accounts as per New Company Act 2013  - Periodic reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, provisions etc.  - Knowledge of preparation of Financials as per applicable Accounting Standards & revised Schedule VI.  - Knowledge of GST.  - Monthly MIS preparation along with detailed analysis report   - Quarterly closing of accounts and quarterly reporting to Group accounts team   - Statutory compliances Direct and Indirect taxation   - Key Financial Reports P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements.  - Knowledge of Transfer Pricing.  - Advanced Tax Calculations  - Statutory Liabilities (Payments & Returns). Should have strong domain knowledge of Service Tax, STPI, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, TDS etc.  - Should be proficient in company law matters/ Secretarial Compliances like minutes of Board meetings, AGM & EGM, Annual returns, e- filings & any other ROC requirements as applicable.  - Very Strong Accountancy & Taxation Background
