Job Description :

- Managing end to end of Finance and accounts

- Setting up the Finance function for India

Client Details

- Our client is a leading real estate developer with great plans going forward in India

Description

- Performing A-Z accounting activities for the Indian Operating company

- Booking of invoices for the entities under his/her responsibility

- Managing payments for these entities and booking bank statements

- Preparing reports to be sent to the tax adviser (for VAT returns, etc.)

- Liaising with auditors and ensuring all audits are completed on time

- Drafting of financial statements

- Support the Regional Controller on all ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

- CA/Master degree in Accounting or Finance

- Comfortable in doing the hands-on work

- +5 years experience in accounting/ audit

- Good organisational and communication skills required

- Initially, it will an individual contributor role to building your own team

- Fluent in Hindi and English is required.

- Knowledge of Navision accounting software and Real Estate business would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
