Manager - Finance & Accounts (Plant Controlling)

Preparation of financial statements:

You will be responsible for preparing financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GAAP and other relevant regulations. This includes preparing the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and other financial reports as required.

Ensuring compliance with Ind AS & GAAP

You will be required to keep up to date with changes in Ind AS and GAAP and ensure that the company's financial statements comply with these standards. This includes reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and in compliance with Ind AS & GAAP.

Managing financial audits:

You will be responsible for managing financial audits and liaising with external auditors to ensure that the company's financial statements are audited in compliance with relevant regulations.

Financial analysis:

You will be required to analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management on financial performance. This includes preparing financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.

Internal controls:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This includes identifying risks and implementing controls to mitigate them.

Regulatory compliance:

You will be required to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements related to financial reporting, including filing of statutory reports with regulatory authorities.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-3 Years of Experience specializing in financial reporting with Indian Accounting Standards & GAAP, your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and providing insights to management on financial performance.

2. Strong quantitative skills, expert problem-solving abilities, and adeptness in the use of logic.

3. Results Oriented - Meet deadlines on assignments, make accurate decisions, juggle multiple demands, and work with varying levels in the organization.

4. Experience in SAP, and SAP BW and a working knowledge of networking platforms, analysis & reporting applications.

5. Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling.

6. Experience with root cause analysis, an analytical mindset, drive continuous improvement and excellent organizational skills.
