- Handling MIS and various reporting related to Management.

- Product Costing/Batch costing for new and existing products.

- Product and Segment wise profitability.

- Valuation of Inventory as per CAS-4 and as per Ind AS -2.

- Variance analysis and reporting.

- Preparation of MIS and reporting.

- Responsible for cost reduction and cost control

- BOM and Consumption analysis.

- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at the Product level and company level as well

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the products of the company.

- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against an annual budget plan to the management.

- Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target, and GLs.

- Board Meeting, Audit committee meeting, Risk review meeting presentation
