Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

We have an urgent requirement for a Finance & Accounts Manager with a NBFCClient in Mumbai.

Role description is given below:

- Expert in Inter Company accounting.

- Responsible for preparation of annual budget, Capital and Financial forecasting and planning

- Responsible for reporting and reviewing income and expenses on a monthly basis.

- Monitoring actual performance vs budget

- Providing the management with financial advice based on the analysis of the actual business results vis a vis strategic business decision.

- Responsible for Audit finalisation/ Sign Off ( RBI, Statutory, internal audit etc ) and other certification work.Co-ordinate with external auditors during year end visits.

- Responsible/ Incharge for the banks entire financial accounting.

- Responsible for overall GL structure.

- Ensuring daily GL balance tracking and GL balancing, proper recording of all financial entries in the financial system.

- Preparation of financial statements / annual P&L statements

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in conformity with Indian accouting standards and RBI Guidelines

- Responsible for annual report and disclosure requirements.

- Ensure compliance to all accounting related regulations and norms.

- Compliance of direct/ Indirect tax laws and Company Laws.

- Responsible for all tax matters (Income tax, Service tax)

- Regulatory reporting to RBI in form of various prescribed returns. Regulatory returns

- Support in preparation of financial statements in conformity with Indian accouting standards and RBI Guidelines

- Annual report and disclosure requirements

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience

- Minimum 5 Years+ experience in Finance department of a Bank / NBFC
