Finance & Accounts Manager

Position location is Kurla. This is a work from OFFICE position.

Qualification & Experience :

- Qualified CA

- Two to four years of experience post-CA qualification

Job Responsibilities :

- Prepare the financial statements as per the IND AS of the listed company.

- Reviewing location accounts that the location account manager has closed

- Ensuring the tax audit is closed within the timelines of all the companies in the group.

- Reviewing the financial statements, which are prepared on a yearly basis for other unlisted companies of the group, and ensuring the audit of such companies is closed on time.

- Checking the MIS - book closing, inventory, and others with the financial impact of all locations as per the process set by the company

- Ensuring that the listed company's other statutory compliance is completed on time

- Assist in the merger and acquisition process.

- Assist in various accounting and finance process improvement activities
