Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Annually monitors financial plan that aligns with overall business plans & strategies.
- Collaborate & providing MIS from across the group to support existing and new engagements, diagnostic, and due diligence.
- Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
Business Planning:
- Annual budgeting and planning process. Drive a regular review of all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.
- Clearly communicate financial results at a defined frequency.
- Responsible for managing and executing finance & accounts activities of company, including business Analytics, functional planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting etc. which help the organization to deliver/exceed business performance.
- Data driven analytics that support forecasting and variance analysis thereby helping in critical decisions such as pricing etc.
Financial Analyst:
- Collaboration between F&A and other SBUs to influence and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting.
- Research and analyze financial information, conduct benchmarking/business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Monitor & continuously assess the financial efficacy of operations. Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures to bring financial discipline.
- Provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, stability, and liquidity.
- Analyses data to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
