Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing

We are looking for Manager Finance for one of my reputed client in manufacturing company based in Visakhapatnam.

Below is the Job profile provided :

- 10 to 12 years of experience

- Experience in factory and operational account must.

- Overall responsibility for accounts function.

- Finalise accounts.

- Compliance with Tax laws

- Control and monitoring of receivables, payables including inter-co accounts.

- Timely completion of statutory and internal audits

- Pro-actively tracking changes in tax and corporate laws, accounting standards and other allied statutes and ensuring implementation for zero non-compliance

- Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws

- Liaise with statutory and non-statutory external entities like auditors, tax authorities, banks, external consultants.

- Being pro-active and ensuring readiness towards changes required statutorily or for operational efficiencies.

- Handle banking relationships
