Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG

We are looking for Finance & Accounts professional. FMCG organisation with businesses in Confectionery, Spices, Mouth Freshener, Dairy, Agriculture, Hospitality and Retail.

Location: INDIA ( NOIDA - CORPORATE OFFICE )

Should have experience in any of the following geos or multiple geos- U.S/ U.K/ SIGAPORE/ UAE

Should be dealing in house international entity with managing all aspects of the F&A.

Job description:

Manager - Finance & Accounts

- Hands on experience of international financial reporting standards.

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements along with the notes of accounts as per the regulatory requirements in Singapore / UAE. U.S/ UK

- International Finance & Accounting matters, International Taxation.

- Should have handled overseas Accounts, Funds

- Should hold exp in dealing with international Banks, could be for Singapore/US/UK

- Working as per IFRS

- Closure of books of account on monthly basis within time lines.

- Preparation of MIS as per business requirements and should have quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

- Handling Statutory and Internal Audits.

- Handle the banking operations and maintain cordial and effective relationship with bank and other authorities

Corporate Finance and Treasury Management:

- Knowledge of Singapore Corporate Laws such as Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST etc.

- Identifying, assessing and mitigating financial risks such as currency fluctuations, interest rate risks, and credit risks to safeguard the financial health of the company.

- Full working knowledge of Tally or any other ERP.

- Experience in preparation of import and export documentation

- Good communication skills and well versed with Microsoft excel, word etc.
