Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.

- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

- Determine finance KPIs and track and ensure appropriate and sustainable cash flow.

- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, and financial consultants & can manage and retain relationships with various vendors

- Prepare current reports, present forecasting reports & adhere to the law and company's policies.

- Execute the financial strategy of the company & manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans and maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments

- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.

Requirements :

- Must have experience on ERP Tool

- Exceptional Team handling experience.

- Hands-on experience with risk management

- Hands-on experience with financial management software

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software

- Exceptional communication skills
