Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Real Estate/Construction

Looking for a Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years experience post qualification preferably from Real Estate /Construction industry for our client in Real Estate /Construction dealing with Luxurious Commercial/Residential projects

Job Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Educational Qualification : CA with minimum 5 years + post qualification experience .

Job Description :

- To ensure complete and accurate accounting across all business cycles AP, AR, GL

- To ensure accurate & timely compliance to tax laws, accounting Standards and Company policies.

- Assure statutory compliances for direct tax and indirect tax.

- Closure of financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually) in a time bound manner

- Regular cash & bank account reconciliation

- To monitor cash flows and predict future trends

- Interfacing for statutory and internal audits

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations

- Complete and accurate day-to-day accounting

- Statutory compliances

- Cash / Bank account reconciliation

Necessary skill sets:

- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards

- Hands-on knowledge & experience of accounting in real estate

- Knowledge of taxation regarding construction Industry; VAT, Service Tax

- Excellent working knowledge of SAP/FICO and MS Excel

- Self Starter & Analytical mindset
