Role & Responsibility:

- Preparation of Financial Statements- Quarterly, Half yearly and Annually

- Cash Flow and Fund Flow Monthly

- Data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate

- Reconciliation of Receivable Accounts and Payable Accounts

- MIS Generation.

- Treasury Functions

- Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees.

- Liaison with Bankers

- Advance spread-sheet skills

- Good presentation skills

- Compliance and Commercial Taxes.

- Vat Returns, Registrations, Assessments

- VAT, CST, Entry Tax knowledge of Gurgaon (Haryana), Uttar Pradesh (Noida), Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab etc.

- Filing of Service Tax Returns, Audit and Assessment

- Filing of TDS Return.

- Service Tax, TDS, VAT, WCT deposit on monthly basis.

- VAT Forms-C, F etc. along with form 38

- Knowledge of Import and Custom Clearance

- Inventory Monitoring

- Fixed Assets Capitalization

Qualification Required - CA
