Qualification : Chartered Accountants (CA)

Experience : 7 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities :

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Head Finance

Role Description :

- Responsible for Month end closing and reporting

- Responsible for preparation of Internal MIS

- Responsible for monitoring Treasury operations

- Responsible for Financial and Tax Accounting

- Responsible for handling Statutory and Internal Audit

- Responsible for ICFR compliance

- Responsible for monitoring treasury operations, entering into forex contracts and financing arrangement with banks and fund management/Cash forecasts

- Responsible for group and financial reporting

- Responsible for collaborating with the DIA & DC team

- Supervision of TnE ( Travel and Expense portal)

- Vendor Management

- Supervise Accounts Payable team member to ensure daily tasks to be completed smoothly.

- Ensure Accounts Payable to 3rd party/ employee / intercompany transactions and related process are in compliance with company policy, SOP, regulation, PRC GAAP, global FGA and ICFR requirements.

- Lead the team to monitoring payment days, aging, monthly A/P and IC transactions with clear balance.

- Streamline IC processes to ensure smooth workflow and effective communications with various functional team.

- Coach subordinates to meet objectives / KPIs and career development.

- Assist related internal audits, external audits and ICFR testing and other adhoc tasks /projects as required.
